From the beginning, owner Annaline made the choice to specialize in wine-food combinations. In 2015, chef Jeffrey Meessen put the emphasis on a refined cuisine (French regional), poured into a seasonal surprise menu. The dishes, from appetizers to the friandises, are invented and prepared with love and traditional craftsmanship. Our service-staff serves the wines and the food with the same warmth. As ambassadors of the regional wines, we like to offer a suitable wine arrangement (pairing), composed of local wines.

Our concept also means that you do not have to worry about the gastronomic fulfillment of the evening for you and your friends. You are free to indicate the framework (specific requirements, number of courses and any desired departure time). Remains for you to enjoy a culinary relaxation mode and enjoy each other's presence and pleasant conversations. These are the memories that you will cherish and share with the people who matter to you. Contributing to that makes us happy.

Our concept

Mes Amis is a wine restaurant specialized in combinations of food and wine. Wine is not only an important part of a meal, it is also a source of inspiration for our chef when creating different courses of the menu. At first we select the seasonal wines after which our kitchen team creates a matching dish.
Our concept is based on as many as possible seasonal products from the Maastricht-area in a surprising presentation. We are working with fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. We can also present our vegetarian guests a wide offer.
We would be delighted to serve you carefully selected wines, paired with your course/dish. Of course we will add a local wine to the pairing from the Dutch of Belgian part of Limburg.
This will give you a good impression of the concept of wine restaurant Mes Amis.
As a restaurant we assume that you will have time to enjoy your dinner in a relax atmosphere together with your companions. If you are bound by time or for some other reason you want a fast service, please inform us.
