Welcome to Mes Amis:
Local flavours on your plate and in your glass
Previously a true family restaurant with traditional French cuisine (hence the name Mes Amis), since 2018 a fine dining restaurant with top Limburg wines.
Our concept is simple: leave your worries at the doorstep, sit back and look forward to the most delicious regional wines, paired with delightful dishes. Enjoy multiple courses or opt for our Total Experience; An extensive menu with matching wines from Dutch and Belgian Limburg.
Since 2001, Annaline has been welcoming guests to the restaurant. After fifteen years of working together, her son Patriek took over the reins completely in 2026. Together with his team, he continues the restaurant, while Annaline remains active behind the scenes in her role as a vinologist. With great pleasure, she continues to curate the wine list, which consists entirely of wines from Limburg.

From City Streets to Open Fields
Mes Amis en route
Mes Amis is not just a wine restaurant on Tongersestraat,
but also known for a number of unique pop-up concepts and fine dining experiences at special locations. All driven by a love for Limburg wines.
Wijnrestaurant op het Land
Since 2019, Mes Amis has opened a pop-up restaurant every summer in a vineyard in South Limburg. Here, guests enjoy the best of Limburg's terroir in a unique setting among the vines. In 2025, we welcomed 4000 guests at Wijngoed Raar Saint Remi in Meerssen. In 2026, the pavilion will be set up in the vineyard of Wijnlandgoed Sterreheim from July 2 to July 26.
In addition, this year marks the very first edition of our Wijnrestaurant op het Megaland at Pinkpop Festival, located in Landgraaf. From June 19 to 21 Festivalgoers enjoyed delicious local dishes, regional wines and warm Burgundian hospitality right in the heart of one of Europe's most famous festivals. A perfect pairing, if you ask us!
DÉTOUR
Some places are worth taking a detour for. This idea inspired DÉTOUR: a new culinary pop-up concept by Mes Amis, where extraordinary locations and their stories are the starting point for a gastronomic experience. From 10 to 13 December 2026, Borgharen Castle in Maastricht will provide the setting for the first edition of DÉTOUR.
Guests embark on a culinary journey through the castle’s centuries-old history, exploring its historic rooms and enjoying a selection of amuse-bouches along the way. Afterwards, they take their seats in a heated pavilion in the courtyard for a refined menu paired with Limburg wines. In addition, €10 from every ticket sold goes directly towards the restoration of the castle.

Events
Fine dining on location: the mobile kitchen of Mes Amis regularly travels to unique locations to create bespoke fine dining experiences. From intimate weddings to large-scale corporate events, we have provided the culinary program for international events across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium in recent years. In 2026, we will be doing this in Born, Düsseldorf and Wageningen, among other places.
